@Ryannnicolev So they’ll make jokes throughout the week wishing it was Tuesday to talk about their feelings lol but they’ll share appreciation/gratitude for other coworkers or frustrations such as how much it sucked working last Saturday. Very healthy way of checking in with other people 🥺
