Why isn't anybody ever just whelmed? ⚡️

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

Okay but for real guys we need to buy the toys this time #youngjustice #youngjusticeseason3

[DC @DCOfficial]

And last: returning characters from the original show! #YJ3 arrives in 2018. Thanks to all who came to the #YoungJustice panel! #DCSDCC

[DC @DCOfficial]

#YoungJustice has always aimed to reflect the world around us, and diversity will continue to be a priority in #YJ3. #YoungJustice #DCSDCC

[DC @DCOfficial]

#YJ3 art of Arrowette! Spoiler! And a new character in the middle... #YoungJustice #DCSDCC

[DC @DCOfficial]

Whoa! First art from #YJ3 at the #YoungJustice panel! #DCSDCC

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

This makes my heart happy https://t.co/EGq9tcw5fs

[DC @DCOfficial]

The creators shared the first art they created for #YoungJustice, including the catchphrase they used to sell the show. #YJ3 #DCSDCC

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

Very excited about new, mature themes... BUT I CANT WAIT https://t.co/phSe125EEQ

[DC @DCOfficial]

Since #YJ3 is on a streaming service rather than a channel, #YoungJustice will skew more adult to keep up with the characters as they age.

End of thread...

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

Please let me know what you think of the YJ comic con panel news! This time next year I could be live tweeting episodes of YJ: Outsiders

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

That is what true evil looks like

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

Also I hope wallys return does take place... though if they want to really tease us, he may not show up until the final frame of the finale

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

What I DONT want to see is the 6 characters we know and love take a back seat to new characters that I'm slightly invested in at best

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

...I genuinely could see a successful and compelling third season

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

By focusing the plot of Young Justice around the new team stopping meta trafficking practices while the originals focus on the source...

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

In the same way that Justice League Unlimited focused mainly on the original 7 and used 5 or so newbies as support... I hope YJ follows suit

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

Either way I hope this line up takes a backseat to the misadventures of the original six

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

Not completely familiar with these characters but I am excited for Arrowette... perhaps a protege or recreation of Artemis?

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

So the three new additions, all ladies, are Spoiler, 13, and Arrowette

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

I'm probably most excited to see what they do with Robin... and which robin they chose to use

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

And "Static" From Runaways will be in the lineup as well... I found his story line compelling as well and would be willing to see more

[Young_Justice @young_justice__]

Clone Roy is another potentially interesting returner... I could see him partnering with Lex again and repeat the "mole" scenario
