We are looking for a coach to come in and take our men's 2nd team. They play in the EOS league division 2 and BUCS Scottish 1A. The boys train Monday and Tuesday mornings and Thursday early evenings. For more information email [email protected]

The same thing happened with Chinese FA. Sometimes the inclusion somehow means you can contribute but you will not be given an equal chance. Even worse you are judged by the unequal chance that they would tell you are not having the opportunity because someone is better than you

So what is it? 🙌

You will see below the word “ability”

If someone has the ability yet not being given the chance to be involved. (Their words not mine)
Then by definition that isn’t inclusive.

Someone has to care enough to roll out more courses.

Build a legacy for themselves and others .

The problem is you can’t get on the course if you don’t work at a pro club and you can’t work at a pro club unless you get on the course…
