There are a lot of people out there acting like AI is changing the world so much and improving productivity in virtually every sector of the world. Personally, I find this to be wrong. I do many jobs, and whenever I try to use ai, whether to be able to help me diagnose an issue with a vehicle/piece of equipment, or whether it's just doing simple math on a project where I need to calculate measurements, it often leaves much to be desired. I'm not saying that ai can't be the future, but as for right now, it leaves much to be desired. Between sending me on wild goose chases for faulty parts that are perfectly fine or giving me incorrect measurements after spending 30mins marking something out it just seems like it's not saving any time compared to taking 5 mins to think about it myself. I have noticed AI will lie if it doesn't have the answers. Concerning issue for sure.

The argument against the death penalty is that sure, there are guys like this who are clearly, by the evidence, guilty. He should be put to death. But, what happens when the person in question is not guilty but is sentenced as such? I understand that in today's world we have readily available video evidence for almost every situation but when life in prison is cheaper than the average appeal process why take the risk of killing an innocent man? Just my take

@Xommanders Hope. He gave us hope. He told the truth and gave us the strength to recognize that open debate is possible and necessary. He had conversation with everyday Americans to talk about real issues and ask thought provoking questions. Not enough of that in this country.

@wigger I always wanted to be in GATE when I was in elementary school. One of the teachers I had recognized my hard work and treated me the same as the GATE kids. Fast forward to graduation and I graduated top of my class with full honors. Only one of the GATE kids made it in the top 10.
