@RAbdiAnalyst There’s nothing humorous about a man giggling like a maniac at even the most soft-ball questions. He looked like he wasn’t fully present. This was his chance to make the case for SL recognition and he couldn’t answer any question? Even if you are a SL supporter, admit the failure
Thirty-three years ago, to be precise on February 4, 1991, all hell broke loose on Awdal, the northern region of Somalia now claimed by Somaliland separatists. This is a date that any sensitive soul should remember. Within 12 hours, the SNM, a clannish rebel militia, fighting in theory against the central government, entered and mercilessly killed up to 1,000 civilians.
After three decades, the right to remember the victims of the Borama massacre and to speak publicly about the killings committed by the SNM militia is still banned by the Somaliland leadership.
Yet Awdal is still standing on his feet for Somalia unity. Almost 317 persons are in jail since January 7. Except some good will declarations here and there, The federal government of Somalia did not do much for Awdal people as always.

The soldiers were acquitted of all charges and deemed innocent in a Belgian court.
Everyone’s talking about the Ukraine War and Russia but the reason African countries are hungry is because their ability to produce their food was destroyed by the right to dump by Cargill. Cargill wrote the agreement on agriculture
🚫CONCERNING: #Somaliland defies international calls for peace by launching two-front offensives today, ignoring US government's plea for Muse Bihi to withdraw troops from Laascanood. This aggressive stance threatens stability in the sool region. ❌ #StandWithLascaanod@TheVillaSomalia@UNSomalia
