Just spent some time exploring the latest AlphaFold Database update (March 2026) and it’s genuinely impressive. They’ve now added ~1.8 million high-confidence homodimer predictions, protein complexes where two identical chains interact. Part of a larger effort that modeled over 31 million potential complexes, prioritizing human health, model organisms, and WHO priority pathogens.

This moves us from individual protein structures toward real interactome insights: interfaces, oligomerization, and mechanistic hypotheses that were previously out of reach at scale.
Huge step for structural biology and drug design. The interactome era feels closer.

FSD did not go on the left green arrow, so I gave it a little power and it went. Seems like the cameras did not recognize the arrow vs standard green light? It still handles all the curves with ease. Earlier it stopped at a green light, but for good reason, an ambulance 🚑
