A world of pain at @Qantas 48kg of commercial freight arrived 1pm y’day. Still can’t find it. 2 emails yesterday not answered beyond receipt acknowledgement. Directed to web chat - a robot - no agent available. An hour in phone queue.

So @qantas agent says Q has a “back log” of missing freight because they’re “changing over their systems”. “No idea when it will be resolved”. Sending a “case number”. Yikes. Thank goodness it’s not fresh truffles.
