Pour les mamans inquiètes j’ai inventé un jeu avec mes enfants il y a des années pour leur apprendre le consentement : secret / pas secret.

La règle : Un secret, c’est joyeux. Si ça fait peur, honte, malaise, ou si on te dit ne le dis surtout pas ce n’est pas un secret.

On y joue souvent en voiture et ce matin :
— Casquette achetée pour papa pour la fête des pères : secret.
— Un enfant te pince et te menace si tu parles à la maîtresse : pas secret.
— Un adulte veut voir ton intimité et te dit de ne rien dire : pas secret.
— Maman t’a donné un chewing-gum : secret.

C’est simple mais à 5 ans, ça fonctionne
