@djpapalotl ok.. Hard to troubleshoot over Twitter, but if you normally get LTE in the area you are in and getting 3G.. I would contact support so you can work with them to resolved. That's not normal. [email protected] is the support email address to open a ticket.
@djpapalotl Karma starts at LTE and negotiates down to 3G if there is not a LTE cell tower near by. How are you determining it is 3G? We're not throttling or pushing to 3G so there is either a problem with your device, poor cell coverage or a congested tower.
@killerweim Michael, Sorry you are having such speed issues..Clearly that is not normal for us. We do not throttling speeds, so there must be a coverage issue where you are at or something else going on. Have you contacted support?
@konstantinhaase Please contact support.. your data is there under your account for refuel usage. Drift credits back unused data at the end of the month which is why Refuel data doesn't move across to Drift. Its there.. They can help you with Premiums as well.
