@AXAHealth Not impressed. Impossible to speak to anybody. 1.5 hours on the phone yesterday waiting. Claim sent on 18/05 for an injury abroad. Provided all info. And then received a letter asking to provide proof of cancellation (?!). Can someone please help escalate this?
