A5: Every educator should use a personality test for students. It helps with lesson planning, classroom management and more. You can see if you have an abundance of one personality. You can detect possible conflicts before they happen. #corechat

A4: We create an Ideal Classroom Golds help with the rules. Blues are my mediators when there is a disagreement. Greens are in charge of technology. And Oranges are the leaders of class morale. It gives the students ownership of their learning environment. #corechat

A3:I use my knowledge of students' personalities. I base lesson planning on personalities. For example, my "orange" students are hands-on learners I make sure we do a real-world or hands-on activity. Fridays we do an improv exercise as my Blues and Oranges love acting. #corechat
