In order to stop the exploitation of IMGs by these paid services which don't deliver what's promised we all need to:

Increase the Awareness

Provide legit USCE opportunities

Request DOS to make visa process lenient

Most importantly, program directors should acknowledge these difficulties in obtaining USCE.
