@Jnash1110@tradesbysci I’m so sorry, I’m new and trying to figure things out. By “risking” what does that mean? I thought it meant setting your SL at a certain risk level or 10% of the account so that if you lose, you only lose 10%? Is that not what risk means?
@Maxximus092@tradesbysci It’s YOU Vs. YOU. Sci says that a lot, it’s just good to learn the fundamentals from someone, and then you learn what all that feels like during execution in the moment and that’s where you find out what’s up.
@tradesbysci I think this person means, you personally Sci. If you are personally risking 10% and your account is say 30M, your SL should be 3M correct? And at that would make your TP 12M. But I don’t know what your account is sitting at right now I imagine you withdraw some all the time.
@tradesbysci Didn’t know when a good time to close was I was solely looking at the 1:4 RR. Also, getting in at the right time were drawdown doesn’t automatically hit your 10% stop loss… still so much to learn
@tradesbysci You said in your last YT vid that price was “stretched out” and was headed for a correction, that is something you only learn with time devoted to looking at one market. I’ve been paper trading and I find that all of the trades I take a loss on, I was in profit at one time but
@RawBeautyKristi Get a Calcium/Magnesium supplement drink from a health store! It’s a blueberry flavor and comes in a brown bottle. It helps with leg cramps, but also makes your stool loose:) hope this helps!
