@_withashley So Trump has not formally abolished constitutional rights, but civil rights organizations and legal watchdogs document that his policies and executive actions have significantly rolled back, restricted, or weakened various legal protections. Go look it up!
Liberals say, “Feed the hungry.”
MAGA says, “They should’ve worked harder.”
Liberals say, “Protect the right to vote.”
MAGA says, “Purge the voter rolls.”
Liberals say, “No one should go bankrupt because they got sick.”
MAGA says, “If you can’t afford healthcare, that’s your problem.”
Liberals say, “Let people love who they love and live as they are.”
MAGA says, “God hates the same people we do.”
So don’t come at me with a Bible in one hand and an American flag in the other, pretending that makes you righteous.
Because if your version of Christianity requires cruelty, demands conformity, justifies suffering, and teaches children that some people are less deserving of love, you can keep your heaven.
I was raised to believe that decency matters.
That you feed people when they’re hungry.
That you help people when they’re struggling.
That you stand up for those who cannot defend themselves.
That you speak up even when your voice shakes.
That you leave this world a little better than you found it.
THAT is what liberalism means to me.
Not weakness.
Not entitlement.
Not some radical ideology.
MORAL COURAGE.
The courage to look at a country drowning in division, greed, and manufactured hatred and say:
We can do better.
We MUST do better.
And we have a responsibility to do better.
Because patriotism isn’t measured by how loudly you wave a flag or how often you quote scripture.
It’s measured by how you treat your fellow human beings.
And if compassion makes me a liberal, I’ll wear that label proudly.
So enough with the cruelty.
Enough with the hypocrisy.
Enough with the endless chaos.
We are better than this.
And it’s damn well time we started acting like it.
VOTE.
🚨 AMERICANS ARE PISSED OVER THE INSANE COST OF U.S. VACATIONS — AND NOW THEY'RE REALIZING IT'S CHEAPER TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY
The math ain't mathing anymore, and Americans are fed up.
What used to be a simple family vacation is turning into a financial nightmare.
Between skyrocketing hotel prices, outrageous Airbnb fees, expensive flights, parking charges, and overpriced food, travelers are questioning whether vacationing in America is even worth it anymore.
Americans are discovering they can get far more for their money by traveling overseas.
One man questioned why he should spend $300 a night in Orlando when he could wake up in Bali with a private pool.
Or visit Thailand for inexpensive massages, enjoy affordable meals in Costa Rica, or sip wine in Barcelona without spending a fortune.
Meanwhile, back in America...
A hotel room in Los Angeles could cost hundreds of dollars a night, with parking and additional fees piled on top.
In Miami, some beach clubs charge separately for chairs, umbrellas, and drinks, turning a simple afternoon at the beach into an expensive outing.
And for families, the situation can be even more frustrating.
One mother of five shared her disbelief after looking into a family vacation that could cost approximately $12,000.
She's not asking for a five star luxury experience.
Just a resort, a swimming pool, and a chance to make memories with her children.
And somehow, even that feels financially out of reach.
When flying halfway around the world starts looking like a better deal than vacationing in your own country, people are going to start asking questions.
Why has taking a simple vacation in America become so ridiculously expensive?
I am a Democrat.
I love America.
I hate communism.
I love freedom.
I hate fascism.
I love immigrants.
I love strong borders.
I love secure elections.
I hate voter suppression.
I am patriotic.
I don’t believe a goddamn word Donald Trump says.
Dear maga,
This is not an attack, this time anyway. But please consider what he's saying and take a real moment to think about it. And maybe then, you'll understand how so many of us feel. Especially towards those family and friends who voted for trump.
Bought this beautiful embroidered Mexican dress in Old Town Albuquerque about four years ago. Wore it once to a Tacos & Tequila night, and apparently decided that was enough. 😂
Last night I randomly started thinking about it and was like, damn, I should bring that dress back! Wonder if I could elevate it a little, give it a different look?
So I started pinning shit up, playing around, and here we are.
Is it cute? Did I pull it off? The verdict's still out, bro. 😂
Be honest, would you rock it?

Elon Musk is trying to buy this Senate seat in Texas.
He wants our land, he wants our water, and he wants his own personal U.S. senator. He’s trying to buy Texas.
But on November 3rd, we’ll deliver a clear message to the world’s first trillionaire: Texas is not for sale.
@stelzner_n1150 It comes down to values. Elon is transphobic, supports figures like Trump, and has strained relationships with his family. James Talarico stands for the exact opposite: integrity, empathy, and actual public service, which is why Elon feels threatened by him.
