@IndiGo6E@IndiGo6E is such an irresponsible and inhumane brand of airlines that I personally would recommend everyone to be aware and ensure they know what they are getting into.
Maybe this is what big brands do once they have they Customer base.

We had booked 8 tickets for my marriage from Silchar-Kolkata.
Unfortunately my dad was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo an operation for which he was restricted to travel.
@IndiGo6E@IndiGo6E I will be sharing the screenshots of my interaction with the IndiGo Customer team. I will request everyone to judge and understand the inhumane nature.

@turmswear I ordered here only seeing the delivery date to 13th Aug as I am travelling overseas. The order, despite reaching my nearest location held on to it for 2 days. You can check the delivery thread for the same.

You customer service sucks and that too big time. The calls don't get connected and there is no response to whatsapp messages. Today when I called the customer care someone called Bhargav assured me not once but thrice that it will be delivered today,14th Aug.

This is with extreme disgust and disappointment I am starting this thread.
I am not a new customer here and you can check that from my purchase history. However, you customer service and logistics and left a VERY BAD TASTE.
@TataCLiQ is the worst thing that can happen to online shopping:
I order a watch
I find a better deal and I want to cancel it.
The app does not let me cancel because apparently once packed it cannot be cancelled and we have to wait to refuse the order at doorstep.
The delivery agent picks up the order.
Customer service calls me to inform me that it will take another 1p business days for some inspection.
Such a LONG process and you have charged my credit card because it's a prepaid order. You block the funds and now I've nothing to do.
