but now, i dah totally free from pantiliner. from zohor to maghrib, and sometimes to isyak, takde discharge langsung and boleh terus solat without changing panties. how? i tak consume pape.

i just ditched pantiliner sebab the reason for excessive discharge is the pantiliner itself. it’s made of plastic, so dia mengganggu suhu bawah tu hence why it always comes out. awal awal memang susah, tapi lama lama you’ll get used to it. memang kena rajin basuh by hand every time.

TAPIII kalau you tengah ovulate, memang akan banyak sikit lah keluar. kena sabar je basuh banyak2 panties. pls pls take care of your vajayjay by ditching pantiliner. hope it helps!!!
