@gayest_tone I've been saying for a while that there needs to be a "happy medium" in science communication for the public. most people are not going to read an academic paper instead of a news article, and many people won't dig further than said article. is there anything like this out there?

@AriDrennen I thought it was because of those full-body TSA scanners. they allegedly calibrate it for “boobs vs not” but like…make a better scanner setting. or just don’t make people go through post-Patriot Act bs. there have to be better security measures in place in other countries
