The Novena for Difficult Times - Day 3
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
Father in Heaven, thank You for the witness of the saints who show us how to live a faithful life despite its imperfections and pains. We seek their intercession now to help us through this difficult time.
Only You know exactly what I need to get through this. Show me the way.
Come, Holy Spirit, and guide me.
St. Joseph, you’re one of the patrons of work, so we ask for your prayers today for all those who are unemployed or underemployed. Please ask our Father to provide a clear path to employment for all who are struggling right now. Pray for employers and businesses which are suffering.
St. Cajetan, we ask for your prayers because you are the patron of those looking for a job. Please pray for those currently searching for work. Ask our Father to make a way for them.
Please especially pray for (mention your intentions here)...
Amen.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.

Let us pray together this prayer of St Patrick:
Christ with me, Christ before me, Christ behind me,
Christ in me, Christ beneath me, Christ above me,
Christ on my right, Christ on my left,
Christ when I lie down, Christ when I sit down, Christ when I arise,
Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me,
Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me,
Christ in every eye that sees me,
Christ in every ear that hears me.
And yk what? I am a yearner. I do listen to music thinking about us, I do look forward to every time I get to see you, I do look at pictures of us, and I replay our conversations in my head.
People who think saying “I love you” too often makes it lose its meaning are so boring to me.
If someone tells you they love you three times in one hour, that means there were three separate moments where they thought about you, felt that love, and wanted you to know.
Say “I love you” to the people you love as often as you can. Sometimes people need the reminder that they’re loved.
