due to the whole Kronos ransomware attack thing, I agreed to work this weekend in exchange for wednesday and thursday off, which felt like a fair trade at the time but now that I have a 2 hour meeting in 10 minutes I am just fully bleh. rip my brain
Having a very nice day and stopped for lunch. As I'm sitting here, a child (?) walked by and said "I like your bisexual-colored shoes". I'm having a great day.

if you have to give the doctors note to your bosses something is not right I think, you should be able to give it to hr, and there shouldn't be anything on the doctors note that says what the illness is
I think this couple next to me on the bus is talking about me "I wonder if that girl's hair is returning to it's prepandemic norm" (referring to the fact that my hair dye is fading and half grown out), which I find very funny because Im on the way back from buying hair bleach
so my landlord is coming to my apartment today (and probably tomorrow) for several hours to do repairs. my question is, am I breaking any social contract by leaving once he gets here? do I have an obligation to stay and make small talk all day?
Boston frens: am looking for a roommate for my apartment in Medford, available July but mid-July/ August is also okay. 2 bedroom 1 bath, some shared parking, 2nd floor out of 3 floors. no pets allowed rn, but I'm happy living with cats if you have an ESA/service/landlord agrees
roommate has to leave bc of an allergy to the apartment (can give more details) but I am very much enjoying living here so far! The apartment gets a lot of light, the landlord is responsive, and there is a smalll office room that we can either split or negotiate rent between us
@blackestglass lollll I've never heard that audio before but it reminds me of a trend of people genuinely lipsyncing to a vampire diaries audio and then of course people doing it sarcastically which I did find very funny when done well
@voxmente @thedeadparrot psst, I have access to a professional printer (like the machine not the person) so I could print something if we can cover cost of materials.
Also depending on what you want from the zine, there's always the charm of a homemade zine
