and one day, you'll be in your house, playing your favorite music as you make your favorite meal for dinner and you'll realise that you're living an answered prayer
i am so protective over this current version of me. it took a lot of mental, emotional, and spiritual work for me to get to this stage. so if i come off as if i'm too good for certain people, situations, events, conversations, whatever…it's because at this point in my life i am.
My future husband has no idea he’s about to marry a woman who’s the full package. Soft, loyal, funny, beautiful, intelligent…like sir, you really hit the lottery.
A man who can never admit he is wrong will argue you into exhaustion before he ever apologize. He’ll twist words, change the subject, bring up old arguments, anything to avoid saying I messed up. Whole time you sitting there wondering how the conversation about his behavior turned into you defending yourself.
Rich in life because my husband would sing for his baby in the belly, massage my feet and back, would sleep on the coach with me when I had hard times sleeping in bed in my third trimester, made sure all doc’s appointments were on his days off so he never missed any. Told me to stop working, learnt how to make sadza and haifiridzi so that when I crave it he would make it .stayed all 6 days with me in the hospital , takes the baby for hours so that I rest. And I am happy I made the right man a father and husband ♥️
People move on after mistreating you. They don’t sit up in a room like Brandy thinking about you. Most of the time they move on and live perfectly fine after doing you dirty. So release yourself from the shackles of waiting for someone to regret how they mistreated you.
