Most UK airports charge you just to drop someone off at the terminal.
Heathrow: £7
Gatwick: £10
Stansted: £10
Edinburgh: £8.50
But here’s what many people don’t realise
Many airports have a free drop off option in their long stay, mid stay or park & ride car park.
For example
Heathrow: Park & Ride
Manchester free drop off facility on Thorley Lane, near JetParks 1
Gatwick: Long Stay
Stansted : Mid Stay
Edinburgh: Long Stay
You drop them there then they either take a free shuttle or walk to the terminal.
It’s slightly less convenient but it can save you £7 to £10 every single time.
Especially useful if you’re regularly driving family or friends to the airport
Check the airport site for the exact free zones before you go
@JimiSkywalker33@HoodKaylee6728 Nobody took the 10 literally, I’m just amazed you needed ten business days to understand four words that were literally translated for you 🥂 😆
@JimiSkywalker33@HoodKaylee6728 Ten listens? 😭 😆 At that point it’s not the accent you’re struggling with, it’s comprehension. Even the translator had already done the job for you
You can say that again. The i-Cockpit dashboard puts you right in the pilot’s seat. I tell people all the time, you don’t drive this car, you fly it - just on the road.
@awizzle007@egi_nupe@Eazzy_Ayo622121 Lagos is Lagos, nobody is denying the vibe. But London and New York comparison? That’s a heavyweight fight, abeg 😆
How my gym pays me a passive income...💰
I own a small unmanned 24/7 gym in the north of England. I have managed to turn it into a 95% passive income.
All the members pay via direct debit. When signing up each member gets a membership card that they use to scan in to the gym. If you don't have a card you can't unlock the door to get in.
I also rent the space to personal trainers. The trainers are all self employed and pay me monthly to use the gym. I don't interfere with anything they do. Aslong as they pay me I'm happy 😂. The trainers work in the gym 7 days per week so I have piece of mind if anything happens while I'm not there il be notified pretty quickly.
I have access to all the gym cameras on my phone and I can also unlock the door and see the door activity via an app on my phone.
My only essential jobs are to make sure new members have access cards, payments are up to date, the gym is clean and the equipment is safe and operational.
It takes maybe 1 hour per day to do this...
Setting the gym up this way has given me alot of freedom to earn money in other ways and also be around alot more to help with the kids.
It's taken about 10 years to get to this point but it's been worth it. I own all the equipment, there's no debt and the numbers are getting stronger year on year.
I don't have much in my pension pot but I have this! 💪
