Hi @airtelindia ,
From last 10 days I am facing connectivity issue in airtel fiber broadband and your technicians aren't able to provide any solution.

When I asked them to disconnect then I got to know I will not get the balance refunded.

@Airtel_Presence It's been 15 days now , still no solution provided by @Airtel_Presence.
Daily from evening 7 pm to morning 9 am there is no connectivity in my Airtel fiber broadband.
It's really shame that telecom companies are looting consumers in open & govt doesn't care.

One of the major cons of WiFi calling feature introduced by @airtelindia and @reliancejio is that your ongoing call gets disconnected once you are out of your WiFi range even for a second.

It should automatically switches to a voice call and vice-versa.

People don't even graduate at this age.
It should be 25 years min.

@sushantsareen An IAS should be someone who has at least 10 years of professional experience.
Just clearing an exam isn't enough.
The day to day hardships are learned by experience not by books.
