@IntrCity What an epic failure of operations,Hyd-Bkr, Bus TS-12-UD-9637, Date 17/July/2023. On calling customer care they inform the bus is delayed by 2 hours and the pickup van dropped off passengers on the highway and it's raining, what a delightful customer experience.
