@maxwendkos To add on I see UX Design, UI Design and Product Design as 3 different specializations that are able to co-exist because their way of contributing towards user / business goals are quite different. Though it still confuses me when I see people label themselves a “UI/UX” Designer.

Today marks the half-year mark when we started doing bi-weekly design sessions for the design team to get together and nerd out over anything design related. It's been a healthy mix of design challenges, knowledge sharing and workshops to keep us up to date on what's out there.

@sarah_edo Curious to see which days people prefer to take off the week when moving to a 4-day workweek schedule. I used to take Wednesdays off when I needed a little recharge during the week and it certainly helped make the rest of the week more productive.

@figmadesign @SlackHQ Just added this today and testing it with my designers. Seems like there's some delays (couple of minutes) before the notification appears and when they reply via the Slack App they can't tag me / I don't receive a notification. Not sure if this is intended to be this way?
