The way the body remembers grief is so so weird bc the last few days I’ve been feeling so exhausted & kinda depressed & anxious for no reason. Come to realise today that it’s 7 years to the day that my Nan entered her end of life stage, which lasted 2 weeks before she died

Your body remembers even if you don’t always consciously remember at first. So be kind to yourself if you’re feeling shitty for ‘no reason’. It could be your body remembers something you aren’t aware of. It could be your body dealing with it and processing it
