كنسلت الطلب وفلوسي ما رجعت. كنسلت طلب تأخر على الوصول وبعد أكثر من شهر كنسلت الطلب وحين مرت ٣ أشهر وفلوسي ما رجعت.
تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء حوالي ٦ مرات بدون فائدة.
