It should not take 33 days, the majority of which was spent without a sensor, to get an order filled. @EdgeparkMedical
America needs to transition to a more efficient national healthcare option like every other civilized country.

Due to a cavalcade of poor communication between @Dexcom, @EdgeparkMedical, and my healthcare provider it took 33 days for me to get a constant glucose monitor sensor.
This is not how to treat diabetes. Y’all should be ashamed.
Hello @EdgeparkMedical,
Y’all said yesterday the Dexcom sensor shipment I’ve been waiting on for a month would be released.
That didn’t happen.

Well @EdgeparkMedical,
I’ve got one of your phone reps on a recording telling me that the order will be released today after review from the pharmacy team. Forgive my skepticism, but I’m hoping that after a month it is true.
#Diabetes
It’s looking like I might have to wait a full month AT THE EARLIEST to get a Dexcom sensor refill.
@EdgeparkMedical please stop sending your bot and have a manager actually call me.
Welcome to the United States of America! 🇺🇸
Where getting a prescription can take a whole month due to bullshit bureaucracy!

We’ve talked already.
Here’s a video I made last week. Today marks the 22 days… and counting… that I’m awaiting a @dexcom sensor.

My big question for @EdgeparkMedical is, when you get a physician’s authorization faxed to you that doesn’t meet whatever requirements are necessary to release a prescription, do you just sit on it? Or do you try to rectify the problem?
It is entirely possible that I will be without a sensor for a full FOUR WEEKS due to miscommunications between @Dexcom, @EdgeparkMedical, and my doctor due to f*cking FAX MACHINES in 2021.
