@DVLAgovuk @DVLAgovuk I sent my Wife's passport and BRP months ago. My mother has passed away, my grandma's got a few months left to live and I am not able to travel back home. Calls, emails, chat - NOTHING works! Can I atleast cancel and have the docs back as we need to fly ASAP!?

@DVLAgovuk @transportgovuk @grantshapps Please step up your efforts. DVLA is your primary channel to interface with the public and it is in shambles! People's lives are being crippled to the point of depression and suicides. I dont know how you sleep at night with this apathy!

@DVLAgovuk If my wife's passport and BRP (App Ref no.20211161726685) don't come through this week, I'm happy to go over to Swansea to collect it myself. Don't mind even camping in their campus through sun, rain and snow, but i have reached my point of desperation. Time to buy a tent!

@DVLAgovuk Can you please have a look at sorting this out ASAP? I really need my wife's passport and BRP back to fly back home. It's been over 6 weeks now since we have applied and we deserve to bereave in peace without having to chase this up!

@DVLAgovuk Can you please stop tweeting away and respond to actual queries from people who are in a tight spot because of your inefficiency? Jobs, Insurance, Emergency Travel, etc all on the line because submitted docs havent been returned.
