@TakiKto5 @HerrJohnssen @TheNathanNS That's what he's saying. UK prices have VAT tax included. In the examples given you'd find the disparity between US stated prices and UK prices to be a lot closer when you take the us stated price convert to UK currency then apply vat on top.

There are no legal arguments they have to do so.
The moral argument comes into play only if they are price gauging. Which I don't believe valve are.

Valve are a private company with no public obligation to provide that data.

Epic store offers a better revenue split but they operate at a loss.

The argument that they can cut the revenue split is a bit insane, apple could drop the price of the iPhone they make a huge margin anyways and are sitting on cash.

Simply saying you don't know what to improve but they should take less is not really a point.
I also don't see steam as a monopoly, you're free to make your own launcher and publish on other stores.
