@PlayNowCasino Do you have a more exact ETA on the fix? I know your IT Dept. can tell you that. I agree - twice in one week. As a client for 20+ years, I've never seen this happen. If I.T. fixed it easily last week - with minimal delay - surely they know what the fix is by now?

@PlayNowCasino Unexpected maintenance? I just deposited money to play, then poof - this? As an Elite Member since PlayNow's inception, this never happens unless it's something serious. I'd like to know the truth, please. We all deserve that.

@PlayNowCasino My money disappeared to $0.00 and I got logged out? And I can't log back in? I've cleared my caches, rebooted, etc. In addition, this is my THIRD attempt at a "chat". You keep closing that as well, and I have to start the chat all over again. Have you been hacked?
