Over a 2 hr wait to speak with an @AmericanAir agent regarding my luggage that’s being held hostage at MIA after they cancelled my flight and refuse to return it because it’s going to its final destination of LAX, which I’m no longer going to because they CANCELLED MY FLIGHT. 🤬
