It’s been 29 days and @Roblox still hasn't responded to my appeal regarding the unfair ban on my account; I realize this platform doesn't care about us at all. I’m going to file a complaint with the FTC and the BBB for withholding my assets (approx. $600 USD).

Day 11 without a response, Im starting to worry but I have heard that roblox might be busy.

Roblox has PERMANENTLY TERMINATED my main acc over alleged "Harmfull content/behaviour"

I have never knowingly participated in unauthorized behaviour

I played on this acc for 7yrs

Roblox has not yet given me an answer nor evidence

@robloxdevrel @KreekCraft My main had the reason of "harmful content/behaviour" which I did never participate in in any way or form to my knowing. The thing that disturbed me the most about this fact it that 2 days prior I turned 18. To this moment in time I have no clue if this has to do with the ban.

This ban happened after I joined catalog avatar on my alt. The moment I joined the the game both were banned. At the time I thought I was banned for having an alt or smth but no (also another reason why I thought this was because my alt was banned for being an alt).

Note: I have never gotten a warning about my account being at risk or anything and this is the first time this happened over 7 years. Further I have spend a lot of money on this acc over the years.

Does anyone know how to change your type of controller (for me ps4 controller) using a controller on pc (show xbox controller buttons). In the settings you can only change what the buttons do.
