My shipment with tracking ID Z23637826 supposed to be delivered by Friday and it's still not delivered. I was assured a delivery today and there is no update today. Kindly help

@zomato@deepigoyal What are the timelines for introducing the newer Zomato pro? Nobody should halt existing services to introduce new ones. No timelines gives a very bad impression esp in a service sector.
