You’re watching the thermometer. Who’s watching the clock?

For years cannabis growers have been taught to obsess over drying temperature.
60°F. Slow and low. Keep it cold. Save the terpenes.
But there’s another variable almost nobody talks about:
OXIDATION.
Your flower doesn’t experience temperature alone. It experiences temperature + time + oxygen + moisture + airflow throughout the entire drying process.
Lower temperatures can slow some chemical reactions. But stretching the dry over many more days also extends the oxidation window.
That’s why I never designed HerbsNOW around chasing the lowest possible temperature.
I tested the entire drying process and followed the results.
Temperature matters.
Time matters.
Oxygen matters.
Stop staring at one number while ignoring the rest of the process.
Oxidation is the invisible killer.
And to my knowledge, I’m the only dryer manufacturer who designed a cannabis drying system with shortening that oxidation window as part of the equation.
Think about that.
Everybody else keeps telling you to watch the thermometer.
