@SimonCalder Chaos with baggage 2 Terminal 2. 25 didn’t arrive from LHR-GVA LX353 on Monday 26 Dec.
4 YSE clients’ bags still missing. One “landed” GVA 00.29 27/12 but still not found GVA and no word on the other 3. Ski clothes, ski boots, contact lenses, prescription medicine etc. Nightmare

@SimonCalder When you claim compensation under UK261, EasyJet requires you to tick a box saying you won’t claim a refund for your flight as well as compensation. Surely this is incorrect - if they cancel your flight you are eligible for both?
