in an era where there is almost an inverse correlation with "initial quality" and reliability/longevity it's wild to me that the majority of Canada has no consumer protection laws.
@the_sttts Feels like both -- they are entrusted with this kind of work which by nature is discretionary, and every org's credit balance for doing such discretionary work is finite. Must spend wisely.
