@airindia Pathetic customer service has a new name - Air India. In my 30 years of flying, I haven't seen so many unsympathetic, lying staff in one day in one airline. Do you even care about customers?

Ordered dinner thru @zomato yesterday and after 2 hrs, they cancelled the order and said the delay was solely due to the restaurant. I immediately ordered the same food from the same restaurant thru @Swiggy and got it in 25 min. Clearly, @zomatocare lied. Terrible attitude!
@zomatocare It doesn't sound like the right thing to do but this is what you guys did. I raised this issue with two of your CSRs and apart from saying they were sorry, there was no action. I have sent you the order ID. BTW, I didn't cancel the order, you guys did, leaving me high and dry.
@ACTFibernet Your service is getting pathetic. In the last four weeks, broadband has been down 3-4 times; at this rate, I think I will be forced to look at alternatives as work cannot go on without Broadband in these times.
