Limiter la diffusion de son des mosquées à uniquement les appels à la prière. Après l'appel le reste doit être poursuivi sans diffusion de son hors de la mosquée car tous fidèles intéressés s'y rendra après perception de l'appel.

@gouvbenin @PresidenceBenin - Les mosquées; à l'instar des églises, elles diffusent la plupart toutes les 5 fois de prières, leurs sons à tout le voisinage. Cela prend en otage le droit de calme dzs autres citoyens non musulmans qui cherchent à se reposer à l'heure précise.
