The YTC program in Sierra Leone continues to grow as students expand their knowledge and build confidence through technology and STEM education. We are proud to see young leaders around the world learning, collaborating, and creating brighter futures.
In Mozambique, our YTC students are learning how to restore computers, developing practical technology skills that empower them to solve problems and create opportunities in their communities.
Through a five-week partnership with Red Integral por el Desarrollo Regional RIDES, YTC launched an introductory robotics program in Guatemala with 23 participating students.
Our students from CBTA 173 recently hosted a science fair where they shared with middle school students the skills and projects they’ve developed through the YTC program.

YTC hosted 45 students and teachers from the COBAED Schools of Durango, Mexico, for a week of technology and cultural exchange. Their visit included meetings and visits with Morton East High School and Morton College in Cicero, NorthWestrern University and ETHS, Evanston.
Youth Technology Corps welcomed Luzette Kuwung in August 2023. Luzette is a Fellow from Cameroon under the U.S. Department of State-funded Community Solutions Program. Luzette has been based in the YTC office, supporting programming nationally and internationally.

Proswrites Foundation, a YTC partner, graduated 30 participants, young women between the ages of 16 - 27, from various schools in Ghana with 21st-century digital literacy and leadership skills, which spanned ten weeks of virtual sessions. The event occurred on 17th June 2023.
