Kael, you can’t have it both ways.

If you have the authority today to say that nobody is allowed to use your characters or your brand, then you cannot simultaneously act as if what was done under that brand was never your concern.

People put real money into Nobody while your name, your characters and your IP were at the center of it.

If Heeboo mishandled funds, failed to keep proper records or spent money without adequate documentation, then absolutely — they need to answer for that.

But so do you.

You had an interest in how your brand was being used and how a project built around your IP was being operated. You cannot exercise control over the brand when it comes to stopping others from continuing it, while claiming zero responsibility for what happened to the people who funded it.

A lot of people lost a lot of money here.

You don’t get to claim the power when it protects your IP and deny the responsibility when it comes to the people who trusted it.
