I lost 122 pounds (55.5 kg) and have maintained that weight loss for three years.
The hardest part wasn’t hunger. It was wanting to give up, over and over, and choosing to keep going. After losing the weight, the challenge became finding a way of living I could sustain.
I used to think a winning mindset meant winning every day.
Now, I think it means being willing to try again after a bad day.
This account is where I’ll share my weight-loss journey and how I’m building that mindset along the way.
Here’s to the first post.
