@NatWest_Help I used the cash machine out your store just now at Newcastle Northumberland street to get £20 and the not came out like this what can I do can you help?
@NatWest_Help I shouldn't need to have to record myself taking cash from the machine to prove that the 2 parts of the note came from your machines. Furthermore the person was saying that it was not possible for something like this to happen. But here we are.
@NatWest_Help I just got out of the store and they explained that I they wont swap the not for me. Not happy about the out come they are saying I dont have enough proof and that I habd to go to the Bank of England to sort it out.😒😒😒
