Yi shyan was always trying to stand up for other members towards a management which is mostly Japanese, but the company criticized her for speaking up too much, which is hilarious since isn’t that what captains are for in the first place?

Members stated that the company never discussed with other members before this huge decision that would affect the whole group. Which shows the groups poor management skills and the ignorance of the members feelings and opinions.

3. Sudden Captain change of the group. The company announced to yi shyan about the captain change right before Bloom concert and said it would be replaced by Haruka. Yi shyan cried and was mentally stressed about the change and members were upset and frustrated about it.

Looking at this, it is totally understandable why the members feel that the management are biased towards Japanese members. Cocoa’s actions also made the problem worse and it shows that she cares more about her own benefits than the groups harmony.

Apparently Japanese members were responsible for the Bloom position but they didn’t do a good job, other members criticized it but cocoa acted innocent against the members towards the management.
