We can all find things to be appreciative about. Whether it’s seeing your family or just even breathing. Being appreciative of things will only help bring more positivity in your life because all mistakes will just seem like lessons. For me, this has really manifested itself everytime I work with my plants. Waking up every morning super early just to collect pollen has shown me the importance of understanding loss as a lesson instead of a failure. Whether it’s accidentally forgetting to dry my pollen before putting it inside the freezer or just simply dropping some pollen on the ground that could have been used in the future. These are all small lessons that helped further my notion of the importance of appreciation.
