@JAL_Official_jp @JAL_Official_jp Our other option is to take a taxi then train from ITM to HND. Are you kidding? Customer Service needs decision making and critical skills training ASAP. We were the one that gave them an option that we can fly from ITM to HND to SFO.

It’s 2:02 pm Osaka local time and still waiting for JAL to reissue our tickets. Flights changed to 2:50 pm from ITM to NRT. NRT to HNL then HNL to SFO. It’s too long to get home. We asked for lounge access in NRT for the inconvenience and the answer is no.

@JAL_Official_jp They said no because our tickets are not the same class. By the time they said yes, they want us to pay to book the flight then they will reimburse us. Why cannot they just change the flight in their system? This is frustrating!!

⁦@JAL_Official_jp⁩ We are in the check in counter at 11 am in ITM Osaka for our flight to SFO. We were told our Osaka to Haneda flight was suspended and yet the schedule is still on their website. We saw an earlier flight 👇 if we can take that instead.
