Extremely disappointed with @EtihadAirways. I had to cancel my flight due to a serious medical emergency—my cardiologist confirmed in writing that I was unfit to travel. Despite providing all requested documents, including diagnostic reports and the angiography order, Etihad has delayed my refund for over 4 weeks! Now they demand the angiography report, which is irrelevant to the period of travel. This is unacceptable and adds unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. Refund policies should be empathetic, not obstructive. #CustomerServiceFail #Etihad

I am not REQUIRED by Law to share any more documents...i have shared my husbands diagonistics & doctors note for the days before flight due to which he had to cancel my flight...that is all that is needed..he has a past history of blockages and that is the reason he didnt want to risk travelling in that pain

@etihad This is a request to share my husbands medical documents for procedure that was to happen happened on 11/11 when my flight was 11/5 so in 2025 they will request my husbands medical file for Jan 2025...what is Etihad thinking...i have shared the Doctors note, his diagonistics when i was suppose to fly...

@EtihadHelp I will not send any more of my husbands personal health files...a few days before the time of the flight my husband got chest pain went to the the doctor & he advised my husband not to fly...i have shared that days diagonsitc report & the doctors note that is all that you need
