@NHAI_Official i'm travelling from del to agra. Just crossed the third toll there is this shop..first he refused to take upi then he asked 100,rs for 94 rs product. When we asked for clarification he said you need to pay 94 rs in cash or else dnt buy it.

@RailMinIndia @sureshprabhu m in train 12018 ddn del shatabdi. I have booked my tkt with meal. I got one small water bottle at the time of boarding. Now when I ask for another bottle, they are asking me to pay 10rs. Do we get only 500ml water for 5h journey.

@AJIOLife Pls do not provide me standard ans. Have you even read my concern. As per your customer care, it is higher cancellation and return charges. You should mention this. Why are these hidden charges.
