The advertisement captures the creation process of Feel Crunch in video, delivering the core message of "a sweet, salty, and crispy chicken unlike anything else in the world." The advertisement intuitively conveys the product's distinctive texture through a scene of Felix taking a bite of the chicken and the crisp crunching sound. The commercial will be released sequentially across various channels, including TV , YouTube, and social media .
BBQ plans to expand the brand experience of Feel Crunch by continuing diverse marketing activities with Felix, such as conducting promotions linked to its app.
A BBQ official stated, "Feel Crunch is a new menu item that offers a unique taste experience by adding the fun of chewing with toppings to a sauce that maximizes sweetness and umami," adding, " We expect that introducing this new menu item with global model Felix will effectively convey the new appeal of premium ' K- Chicken' to consumers not only in Korea but also globally."
