In love with the journey .. but more importantly what the journey consists of. Not being that great at something, failing, staying diligent, and then conquering that task .. starting a new journey, starting over, and then doing it again.

When you fall in love with the journey, naturally everything else takes care of itself, the goals just happen. You hit milestones, as a byproduct. Whether it’s lifting hella weight or running hella fast.

Don’t get me wrong, all that is cool, but not as gratifying as the journey and processes you go through to reach your personal best. Everything always feels better when you have to thrive in those uncomfortable spaces, and and earn what’s coming to you. I trust in that.
