SANTOS BRAVOS on meeting BTS at their concert in Mexico:

👤: Last May you met BTS in person at one of their concerts in Mexico, after having grown up admiring them. What exactly happened when you met?

ALEJANDRO: We weren't 100% sure we were going to meet them until they told us shortly before the show, and it took us a while to process it. We met them first and then saw the concert. They didn't seem real, they're like something out of a myth. It was so cool. Kauê almost fainted from excitement. They treated us very well. Kenneth even wrote them a lovely letter.

KENNETH: Yes, it was three pages long, and I was surprised because RM, the leader of BTS, translated what it said for everyone and read it aloud to them. It was incredible.

👤: You didn't share any photos of the moment. What happened?

KENNETH: This is the first time we've been asked that. We couldn't take a picture.

KAUÊ: I think even though there's no photo, it was something so special. We know our fans wanted to see a picture, but we didn't want to bother them. They were about to go on stage, and we know it takes time to focus on the show. That was very important to us. We just told them that we respected them a lot and that we didn't want to make them uncomfortable.

👤: What impressed you most about them?

GABI: As soon as we saw each other, J-Hope said: "Yeah SANTOS BRAVOS, 'KAWASAKI'." And I couldn't believe they knew us and knew one of our songs. I thought I was hallucinating. It was crazy, really.
